OCCK provides health education in a way that meets your communication needs to help you remain in the community successfully and provides you with the power to make informed decisions regarding your own care needs. We have a team of health professionals to meet you where you are, such as aids, nurses, therapists, speech-language therapists, and practitioners. We also provide:

  • Tailored up-to-date education to you or groups of people.
  • Trained professionals on health, caregiver stress, and many other topics related to health and wellbeing.
  • Access to services and information.
  • Alzheimer’s prevention education.
  • Education around your diagnosis.
  • Education on what you want, how you want it, and when and where you want it.
