  • Support for people with Alzheimer’s and related dementias, as well as their caregivers
  • Information, referral, assistance, and coordination that provides person-centered services to people with dementia and their caregivers
  • In-home training and support to caregivers
  • Partnerships with the University of Kansas Alzheimer’s Disease Center and North Central Community Organizations to bring services to North Central Kansas
