Supported Employment
The purpose of supported employment is to provide employment opportunities in the labor market for individuals with significant disabilities. Workers receive ongoing one-on-one training from job coaches. Adults can try out jobs to find activities they enjoy. Through supported employment opportunities, you will work on-site with experienced staff teaching you the skills necessary to be successful on your job.

Supported Internships
Project SEARCH is a partnership between Workforce Solutions of OCCK and other organizations to provide on-site internship experiences for youth and adults with disabilities leading to competitive employment in the community. We follow interns through the year as they develop job skills and then work with them after graduation to find employment. Workforce Solutions is the job placement vendor for all existing Project SEARCH interns at Salina Regional Health Center.
