Day 1: Building the Dream of Employment

Explore outside-the-box strategies for employment possibilities
Learn from and meet people who are successfully employed

Day 2: Identifying & Accessing Employment Resources

Discover resources to help youth and young adults get and keep a job

Meet with agencies that provide employment support, youth will also enjoy breakout sessions on both days!

Whether you’re a family member, a youth/young adult with a disability, or someone who supports them, this training offers valuable insights and resources to make employment a reality.

What to Know Before Attending:

As we gear up for the Employment is Possible training on March 7–8, understanding programs like SSI (Title XVI) and Title II can be a crucial first step toward building a successful path to employment. These programs provide vital support that can help youth and young adults with disabilities achieve their goals.
What Is SSI (Title XVI)?

What Is Title II?
This program includes Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and other benefits based on work history.
Why It’s Important:
