Earlier this month, Shanna Sowers, Workforce Solutions Director, was contacted by Erma Wolfe, Employment Services Provider Manager for Department for Children & Families (DCF); she was asked if Workforce Solutions would consider expanding coverage in Barton County with their TANF agreement. After careful consideration, we agreed and are now meeting people in Great Bend to provide Job Club and assist individuals with gaining employment.
