Infant Toddler Services

Do you have a child between the ages of birth and 2 years of age that has a disability or a developmental delay? If so, we can assist you with finding services for your child. OCCK is a provider for Infant Toddler Services in Cloud, Republic and Dickinson counties.

Children ages birth through 2 years of age who are developmentally delayed or have a diagnosed condition that may result in a development delay are eligible for early intervention services.  The first three years are the most important to a child’s development.  Getting help early can make a difference that lasts a lifetime.  Infant Toddler services are family-centered early intervention services.  Services are provided in the family home or childcare setting, but can include other settings.  Needs are identified through a free screening and services may include:

Family training, counseling, and home visits
Special instruction
Speech-language pathology and audiology services, and sign language and cued language services
Occupational therapy
Physical therapy
Psychological services
Services coordination
Medical services as needed for diagnostic or evaluation purposes
Early identification, screening, and assessment
Health services necessary to enable participation in other services
Social work services
Vision services
Assistive technology devices and services
Transportation and related costs to facilitate participation
